I remember walking away feeling relieved, honestly. The prices seemed fair, and when I actually used the stuff, it was better than I expected for what I paid. It’s always a nice feeling when you don’t end up with buyer’s remorse. Not much to complain about at all, just solid value overall.

I bought this from Miles and Louie and at first it looked decent, but after just a few uses it already started wearing out and feeling cheap. For something I expected to last a while, that’s ridiculous. Disappointed overall

I’m happy with this overall. The stitching feels really solid and well done, so it gives me confidence that it’ll hold up. I’d definitely consider buying from them again.

I don’t know, the whole exchange process just felt way more complicated than it needed to be. It took longer than I expected, and when I reached out to support, the answers weren’t super clear, so I was kind of just waiting around not really knowing what was going on. Maybe it was a one-off thing, but yeah... I’m probably not ordering again anytime soon

Not gonna lie, I was disappointed. They sent me the wrong items, and on top of that, half of my order was missing

I ordered my usual size, and the fit wasn’t even close. The waist was tighter than I expected, but somehow the length still felt loose and kind of awkward. I did check the size guide before ordering, so it wasn’t like I didn’t try to get the right size. The material was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. It’s not the worst thing I’ve bought, but I wouldn’t order again unless the sizing info gets more accurate.

I’m sure the products might be fine, but based on my experience, the customer service side just wasn’t great. Frustrating when you only need a simple update

The only reason I’d give 4 stars instead of 5 is that one reply took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the communication was friendly, clear, and made the whole process feel simple.
